Hi 🎀 my name is Susana Orozco! Thank you for trusting me with all your nail needs! I am a licensed manicurist. I specialize in acrylic enhancements, structured manicures using hard gel, and gel pedicures. I have been in the nail industry for 5 years, and I am truly passionate about my work. I love creating beautiful nails while also prioritizing the health and long-term care of the natural nail. My goal is to provide a comfortable, welcoming environment where all my clients feel relaxed and their individual needs are met. CANCELLATION POLICY
If any cancellations must be made, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If not, I will keep your deposit and charge 50% of your service as a last minute cancellation fee. If cancellations are made prior to the 48 hour window I will apply your deposit to your rescheduled appointment. If you must cancel same day due to emergencies please contact me directly via instagram @bysusyy. (Emergent cancellation examples: medical emergencies, transportation issues, etc.)
